Here are some examples of the kinds of lending services we provide.

Utah Equitable TOD (UETOD) Fund

Our UETOD fund finances the acquisition and development phases of affordable housing developments located within a half-mile of public transportation stops.

Affordable Housing Line

Once developers are pre-approved for this line of credit, they can borrow against it until the full amount is gone for up to 12 months, and then the funds convert to a term loan.

Strategic Land Acquisition

The purpose of our Strategic Land Acquisition product is to free up cash for affordable housing development entities to complete current projects or increase the number of parcels they can purchase for future projects.

Custom Lending

We work with affordable housing and market-rate housing developers to identify opportunities to facilitate affordable housing across the State of Utah. For example, identifying land acquisition and pre-development lending opportunities for single-family and mixed-use developments with affordable and market-rate units within the same complex.

Parameters such as LTV, fee, interest rate, and collateral will vary by outcome and financing terms similar to other acquisition and pre-development products.
